The ADOPT Method™ Accelerator is a 12-week live programme for operators, managers and leaders. Your team practises on its own workflows, builds solutions and develops habits for working with AI.
- Who is it for?
- Business teams building practical AI skills across their day-to-day work. A PE firm can train its investment or operating team. A portfolio company can train its own leaders and functional teams around that company’s workflows.
- How is it delivered?
- Up to 50 people per cohort, with 12 weekly live sessions of 60 minutes plus async work. Plan for 2–3 hours per person each week. Pre-program surveys shape the curriculum, and teams build projects through the Innovation Competition.
- What should we prepare?
- Bring the workflows your team wants to improve, nominate a programme sponsor and protect time for practice. Discuss approved AI tools, access and data-handling rules with us before the programme starts. Share your team’s starting skill levels in the pre-program survey.
- What does it cost?
- $45,000 per cohort for up to 50 people. At a full cohort, that is $900 per person. Contact us with your team size, goals and existing tools to confirm the scope and delivery arrangements.
- What does certification mean?
- The programme includes AI Operator’s ADOPT Method™ certification. It recognises the programme’s work and assessment; it is not a Microsoft qualification.
- How do we assess progress?
- Agree a baseline and review adoption, workflow quality and time saved during the programme. Results depend on the work selected and how the team applies it. Review published case studies for examples and their context.

Yes! Teams identify their own challenges. We find that self-selected projects drive higher engagement and more relevant outcomes.
Start by cutting the list. A twelve-week programme with fifty people produces a lot of prototypes, and most of them were built to learn rather than to last. Keep the ones where somebody is already asking when it will be ready. For each survivor, name the owner, write down what breaks if it stops working, and get it through whatever security and data review your organisation requires. That review is usually the real bottleneck, not the code. Then give it dedicated build time. The gap between a working prototype and a system the company depends on is integration, error handling and handover, and none of that happens in spare hours. This is exactly the work an Operator in Residence does, which is why we only offer it after an Accelerator or an Audit: the backlog has to exist first.
